Think you know all the tricks to losing weight? Check out this list below and see if you know how to distinguish whats fit from fat.

1. Regular exercise makes it easier to lose weight because it burns calories and decreases hunger pangs.
    FALSE. Exercise increases hunger, and must be balanced with proper amounts of food.

2. The fat in cellulite is harder to burn than normal fat.
    FALSE. Cellulite is overstuffed with normal fat, fluid retention and poor muscle tone.

3. Walking a mile burns more fat than running a mile.
    TRUE. A greater percentage of calories are burned from the fat at lower intensity levels of exercise.

4. If you overeat, then eat less on your next meal or postpone your next meal.
    TRUE. You're not missing the meal. You've just eaten it ahead of schedule.

5. Abdominal exercise trims fat off your midsection.
    FALSE. You can only reduce overall body fat by burning more calories than you eat.
