Get More Energy Instantly


*HIT THE GYM
We know; You can't drag your butt out of bed, let alone to the gym. But ironically, working out will actually invigorate you. You don't have to sweat like crazy to benefit. You just need to get moving even if that means taking only a 10-minute walk.

*DRINK LOTS OF WATER
Dehydration is a huge fatigue factor. That's why it's crucial to imbibe at least eight glass of water a day. Sipping chilled water every 30 minutes sends a clear and immediate signal to your brain to increase alertness and energy.

*TAKE A BREATHER
Anytime you need a quick pickup, take five to 10 long deep breaths, inhaling for two seconds and exhaling for four. This sends more oxygen through your body which, in turn gives you a jolt.
