All people know how important eating breakfast is. It will give you energy at the beginning of the day especially for those who are working either in the office or on the field, it will keep you working even until you have a late lunch during the day. Ironically, most people seldom eat breakfast at all or just prefer drinking coffee and head to work. You cannot blame people who are so busy working all their life and missing the most important meal in a day. However, eating breakfast will not consume hours of anybody's time (in fact, 15 mins most) and its everybody's health is at stake. Just remember that being healthy can prolong life at its fullest.

Talking about cereals, heres a fact according to a study of a cereal giant (manufacturer) that, eating whole-grain cereal can not only power you through a manic Monday or throughout the week, it might even help you lose weight. Researchers found that women who ate at least one cup of cereal every other day in a two week period weight about eight pounds less on average that those who skipped breakfast or choose other morning foods, like bagels or doughnuts. This applies to male as well. Lisa Adler, MS, RD, a nutritionist in Manhattan, agrees that the findings could have merit. "Skipping breakfast usually causes people to overeat later in the day--and they often make poorer food choices because they're starving and craving something fatty," she says. "And eating a bagel or muffin for breakfast isn't the best option." A bagel with cream cheese, for example, has about 500 calories and 19 grams of fat, opposed to one cup of whole-grain cereals with four ounces of skim milk, which has 150 calories and one gram of fat. Adler adds that fortified cereal with skim milk is a more balanced choice because you're getting fiber, vitamins and calcium in one bowl.
Even just eating cereals or make it a whole-grain cereals in breakfast can make a difference in your life than skipping breakfast at all.
